Short answer
Use UV liquid glass for full glass coverage, TPU film if you want an easy fit and don't drop the phone much, or flat-area glass if you use a case and can accept exposed edges. S24 Ultra glass doesn't fit, because that phone's screen is flat.

Which option for which owner
- Keeping it for years, drops it occasionally: UV liquid glass. It's fiddly once, then very clear and well bonded.
- Uses the S Pen constantly: TPU film or a paper-feel film for grip; glass feels slippery to some S Pen users.
- Rugged case user: flat-area glass. The case covers the curved edges, so the glass only needs to cover the centre.
- Selling soon: TPU film. It's cheap and comes off cleanly.
Fingerprint and S Pen
The S23 Ultra has an ultrasonic sensor, and curved glass is especially prone to an air gap over it. After fitting any protector, re-register your fingerprints. The S Pen works through glass and film; film adds friction and wears tips faster.
