A quick fix that sometimes works
With the case off, press the lifted edge firmly with a microfibre-wrapped card for 30 seconds, then leave the phone case-free overnight. If the edge was simply slow to bond, this is enough. If a case caused it, it'll lift again when the case goes back on.
Don't glue it
Superglue or nail varnish on the edge can seep onto the screen and into the frame. Replacing a protector is cheaper than cleaning glue off a display.
